Reasons for attending Counselling

There are many reasons poeple may wish to embark on a course of counselling, for example:

 Difficulty coming to terms with life events

 Loss of loved ones, a way of life, pets etc. 

 Confusion as to the way forward

 Difficulty relating or to express oneself

 Self-harming or self-sabotaging patterns 


 Disordered eating

 Obsessive thoughts

 Self-defeating behaviour

 Unhealthy anger
