Keeping your data safe and transparency are important to me, and I am committed to abide by the changes in the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law effective from 25 May 2018.

In accordance with the GDPR, I am a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). I am responsible for collecting, processing and protecting your personal information. Information Collection and Use

The information collected will be used to provide me with your contact details to enable me to respond to your enquiry, and this includes any additional voluntary information you provide with regard to the nature your enquiry.

I will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Once therapy work has ended your email address and corresponding emails will be deleted.

I will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with my legal obligations (for example, if I am required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce my legal agreements and policies.

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data and electronic analytical data will not be transferred to another computer, apart from to an email address as supplied by you.

Analytical data

Analytical data can be obtained from visitors’ electronic devices to websites i.e. IPS addresses (internet protocol address) and cookies (small pieces of electronic data stored on a user’s computer), however I do not  actively use this information to provide my services, analyse it for marketing purposes or pass it onto third parties.  This information may be stored on my computer however this is periodically cleared from my computer.

If I become aware Personal Data has been collected from someone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, steps will be taken to remove that information.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.  Any changes will be notified by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
