The purpose of this workshop is to introduce self-awareness tools and techniques to help you to:

  • look objectively at every day situations which might otherwise cause you distress, confusion or disharmony.
  • develop greater confidence.
  • improve decision-making.
  • increase your self-expression and encourage authentic relationships.
  • challenge old ways of being, thinking and feeling that no longer serve you.

The workshop will take place on Sunday mornings from 10.00 - 11.30 am for four weeks starting .. TBA

There will be a maximum of 8 participants.

The fee will be £40.00 for the four weeks
